Reservation:
Reservations can only be accepted in written form.
Deposit:
The reservation is valid after receiving the deposit of 30% of the total vacation price via bank transfer.
Arrival/departure:
Your apartment is available from 2 pm on arrival day and must be vacated by 9:30 on departure day.
Cancellation:
⁘ For cancellations up to 10 days pre-arrival, part of the deposit can be refounded if the accommodation can be reoccupied for the booked period.
⁘ For short term cancellations the deposit will be retained.
⁘ In case of no-show, late arrival or early departure, the total price of the apartment for the entire booking period will be charged.
